He just recently joined another triathlon last weekend. “Triathlon is like a lifestyle for me so that’s my way of working out and relaxing kumbaga,” he said.
Another avid runner is It’s Showtime host Anne Curtis. No doubt that she owns an amazing body that will inspire many women to get fit. She was recently selected to be part of the NYC Marathon after running her first half marathon last year at the Heroes For Children Run which she organized for the benefit of UNICEF Philippines. This 2016, Anne is gearing up for the biggest run of her life in New York. “[For my training] ngayon it’s just endurance ko siguro, ‘yung stamina, so I will be doing 10k, 12k consistently and pagdating ng August that’s when I will do my mileage na,” she shared.
Kuya Kim is one of the people in the biz who are in the forefront of pursuing a life of fitness. He has been joining marathons here and abroad and recently flew to Japan this month to join the Tokyo Marathon 2016. A triathlete, he’s also the one who inspired Anne to join the NYC marathon.
Despite her busy schedule in showbiz, Isabelle Daza makes sure that she has time to get moving and be fit. She’s presently holding her own cycling classes called Ride Revolution. She also dedicates time to hit the gym for some cross-fit training.
