Liza Soberano chooses Enrique Gil over James McVey of The Vamps

I just really need to be sure.” Asked when she this will be, Liza said, “it could be tomorrow, <i>hindi natin alam.</i>”</a></div><div><br/></div><div>The <a href='http://entertainment2.abs-cbn.com/tv/shows/dolceamore/main'><i>Dolce Amore</i> </a>star also said how it is a pressure being called beautiful. “But the pressure <i>nga</i> that comes from it, is that people always expect me to look prim and proper, to always look my best when sometimes I’m just lazy. I’m a girl, I want to go out in my joggers, in my t-shirt and I just, I don't really care how I dress actually as long as I’m comfy. So I don't know why I get all this ranting and issues on how I dress…”</div><div><br/></div><div>When host Boy Abunda said that it is part of their celebrity stature to look good for their fans, Liza disagreed with, “when it comes to responsibilities, <i>yung pinaka-importante lang</i> is that<i> yung </i>values of course. <i>Yung mga kung ano ang pinapakita mo sa tao, yung mga katangian na dapat meron ang isang tao pero</i> when it comes to personality <i>namin yung pagdating sa pananamit</i> I’d rather stick to who I really am instead of<i> parang</i> having to portray this image <i>na hindi talaga ako.</i>”</div><div><br/></div><div><a href='http://entertainment2.abs-cbn.com/tv/shows/tonightwithboyabunda/videos/2016/02/12/was-enrique-gil-jealous-of-the-vamps-james-mcvey'>Enrique Gil, who stars opposite Liza in <i>Dolce Amore</i>, was asked if he got jealous over James McVey of the British pop rock band The Vamps. Enrique recently watched The Vamps’ concert with Liza and there had been rumors that Enrique had gotten jealous of James over Liza. Enrique explained, “when I went to the concert, <i>puro babae so sabi ko, ‘hindi ko talaga crowd ‘to, uuwi na lang kaya ako?’ (and Liza says,) ‘wag na nandito ka na</i>…’’”</a></div><div><br/></div><div>Liza then recounted how they bumped into James and the rest of the band. “Actually, <i>pauwi na po kami, hindi naman po kami nag-expect na makikita po namin sila o anything pero nung nag-aantay po kami sa </i>elevator <i>pababa, biglang lumabas din po sila. Tapos </i>they recognized me I guess, so <i>sabi ni</i> James, <i>saka ni </i>Brad (Simpson) they were like, ‘hi, how are you?’ and they hugged us all, all of us.” </div><div><br/></div><div>Asked pointblank how he feels about James’s blatant admiration for Liza, Enrique said, “Yeah, she showed me the messages <i>lang kasi, sabi niya</i> he wanted to make a video, sabi ko well that's good…” He reiterated, “<i>para sa akin okay lang at</i> least ‘no, she can be noticed by the world, that's fine with me, <i>pero sabi niya ‘basta sama k</i>a.’”</div><div><br/></div><div>Enrique said he agreed but the project didn’t push through. Liza was asked why she wanted Enrique to be part of the video, she says, “<i>gusto ko rin naman makilala siya.”</i></div><div><br/></div><div>Liza also spent some 10 days shooting in Italy with Matteo Guidicelli, another co-actor in Dolce Amore. Asked if Matteo was ever a cause for jealousy, Enrique said, “Matteo is like my brother <i>naman, so hindi ako nageselos. Mas nagselos ako kasi nag Italy sila, saka nakapag-Vatican sila</i>…”</div><div><br/></div><div>Liza admitted that while they were shooting the pilot episodes in Italy, she always called Enrique on Facetime. “I was calling him kasi I needed help for the Vatican stuff…” </div><div><br/></div><div><a href='http://entertainment2.abs-cbn.com/tv/shows/tonightwithboyabunda/videos/2016/02/12/fast-talk-with-lizquen_-liza-sino-ang-pipiliin-si-james-mcvey-or-si-enrique'>On Fast Talk, Liza chose Enrique over James. She also thinks Enrique should go back to school. On the other hand, Enrique thinks Liza is ready for the role of Darna. </a></div><div><br/></div><div>When asked if she dreams about Enrique, Liza said “yes.” Enrique also believes he is the perfect young man for Liza.</div>
