Ruffa Gutierrez recalls parents’ ‘kaldero’ business in the US

Maging masipag tayo because hindi naman forever we’re always on top. Minsan nasa taas tayo, minsan dumadaan tayo ng crisis so kailangan ‘pag dumaan tayo ng crisis sa buhay, handa tayo,” she said.</p><p>Ruffa also recalled that her parents would give her $5 allowance whenever they get to sell a<i> kaldero.</i> She would then become so happy and grateful. </p><p>“Ang tawag kay daddy no’n, ‘Kaldero King.’ So nakatulong din sa kanya ‘yung pagiging artista niya,” she said. </p><p>“I think it’s very important talaga na meron tayong sariling trabaho. Especially sa atin, di ba? Artista tayo, minsan marami tayong project, minsan wala talaga. When it rains, it pours. Minsan drought.
