Sino ang mag-aakalang 47 years old na ang dating beauty queen at original ‘I Can Feel It’ girl
“In three years I’ll be turning 50,” balita ni Alice sa Push.com.ph
“I don’t know, after 50 if there’s a life in showbiz for me, hindi ko alam. But for sure I’m going to work the next three years and we’ll see what life holds for me after 50,” sey pa niya
“I’m having a happy life. Nu’ng time na when I had problem, I just think positive. I just think na this is just a phase, lilipas din ito and so we just have to trust God kung ano yung plano niya para sa akin. It’s always unfolding di ba, so kahit medyo malungkot ako no’n I felt na I’m going to be happy na lang kasi you need to choose to be happy, right?”
“Siguro ang pinakamalaking problem ko before was my relationship (sa Fil-Canadian husband) when I was married and we’re trying to work it out, but we couldn’t. Yon na siguro yung pinakamabigat.
“Ayoko naman talaga ng porce, hindi ako naniniwala sa porce. If you remember, yung sagot ko sa Binibining Pilipinas, my question was ‘do you believe in porce and why?’ Ang nagtanong sa akin was the late Miguel Rodriguez and I quickly responded, ‘No, because if you get married why would I believe in porce? If you want to get married it’s because you want to be together, right?’
“Kaya lang, I was only 16 at that time and I was very innocent and I was very moralistic and idealistic, hindi pa ako masyadong realistic noon. But my idea sa porce is really I didn’t want to get a porce. Pero sometimes, God always test you, yung pinakayaw natin yon yung binibigay, right,” pagre-recall ng former beauty queen.
“Actually, we’re pretty serious. We’ve been together now for about four years. Nag-meet kami dito sa Philippines, he was working here and then he spotted me and he found the way to introduce himself.”
“He’s not here, we’re on a long distance relationship (LDR). So, my wish for Christmas ay makahanap siya ng work dito para dito na kami.”
Hindi daw siya naniniwala noon sa LDR.
“I don’t believe in it, pero eto ako, I’m in it,” natatawa niyang sabi. “It’s very difficult and I don’t like it, that’s why I’m making him kulit na to come here para magtrabaho.”
About getting married again, ayon kay Alice, “We’re married before parang it’s not a priority right now, but we would like to start a family, we’re still trying to start a family,” masayang pagtatapos ni Alice.
