110916-MarcoGallo_PUSH.jpgLife has totally changed for Marco Gallo since he joined Pinoy Big Brother.

According to the half-Filipino, half-Italian former teen housemate, he went from being a regular teen who goes to school and hangs out with friends to one who has shows to attend and interviews to give, among others. Marco said he likes having these activities.

And although he will be staying in the Philippines, he said he also has to visit his father in Italy. “Three months na, four? Na hindi ko na siya nakikita, nakakausap. Siyempre nakakamiss. Dapat magpaalam ako na dito na ako mag-i-stay,” Marco told during the ABS-CBN Christmas station ID launch at the Immaculate Conception Cathedral in Cubao.

Marco also expressed plans to continue a career in show business, “Opo, ipagpatuloy ko raw sabi ng nanay ko ‘yung showbiz kasi sabi niya, kung nagugustuhan mo naman, bakit hindi? So yeah, it’s a little bit tiring kasi laging busy pero ang saya ng feeling, hindi ko alam kung bakit. Pero masaya so ipagpapatuloy ko po.”

He said he is also open to any kind of project that may come his way.

Aside from actor James Reid who also won PBB years ago, Marco shared that he also idolizes Bailey May.

Sharing how he is now friends with the former PBB 737 teen housemate, Marco also opened up about having bashers.

“Tumatawa siya (Bailey) kasi dati nga sa Instagram, birthday niya, nagpost ako, ‘Happy, happy birthday. Good luck for your career.’ Tapos, nangyari after lumabas ako, nakita ng mga bashers ko ‘yung post (ko kay) Bailey. Sabi, gaya gaya ka lang kay Bailey. For example, ‘yung din nangyari (sa’min) ni Vivoree, para si Bailey at Ylona. So parang, ginagaya ko lang. Pero, hindi ko siya ginagaya si Bailey pero idol ko talaga siya kasi dati pa,” he said, adding that he wants to be like him.

Speaking of bashers, Marco said that he does not really get affected by them. “Kasi dati, bata pa ako, lahat ng mga insultong dumarating sa akin, dati nasasaktan ako pero in the years na natuto ako kung paano hindi pakinggan ‘yung mga bagay na ‘yun or pakinggan and using that bash in a good way, para (gawing) mas better ‘yung sarili ko,” he said, adding that he treats criticisms as advice.
