In an exclusive interview with PUSH.com.ph, Inah Estrada talked about her upcoming role in Ipaglaban Mo this Saturday, January 23.

She will play the role of a minor named Cristina who has a boyfriend of two years named Lito, played by Lemuel Pelayo. “Si Lito gusto niya makipagtalik sa girlfriend niya and si Cristina naman kasi, ayaw niya kasi siyempre she wants to experience that after marriage,” she narrated. However, because Lito was persistent, he connived with his best friend Jess, played by Ken Anderson, to form a fake marriage between him and Cristina.

Given that there were scenes that she has not experienced in real life, Inah said, “If I do a scene and it’s really hard, siguro I just live in the moment na lang and iniisip ko ‘yung mga hugot kung saan ba manggagaling.”

When it comes to her acting career, Inah shared what her parents, Janice de Belen and John Estrada advised her. “Ang pinaka-advice lang nila sa’kin was to just be yourself, just relax and concentrate, concentrate, concentrate.”

Speaking of her parents, Inah also commented on the fact that her mother and stepmom Priscilla Meirelles are working together in the daytime teleserye, Be My Lady.

“Actually when I found out that they are working together, I was kind of surprised but then I actually watched one episode the other day with the two of them together, they were actually really good. And it’s a good thing na rin na they do work together, I mean, they’re just being professional. I think they get along naman really well which is really good also. I’m just happy na at least the family is okay and we’re all civil lang so that’s good.”
