Arron Villaflor denies that the series ‘All of Me’ will be cut short
092915-ARRON_main.jpgAs part of the historical film Heneral Luna where he plays the role of journalist Joven Hernando, Arron Villaflor admitted he was not that familiar with the brilliant Filipino general. “To be honest, alam mo nung high school ako wala akong kaalam alam sa buhay ni Luna, as in wala. Antonio Inton Jr. in support of the film industry held last September 25 at Robinsons Magnolia mall in Quezon city.

The 25-year-old actor said shooting the battle scenes out of town was a really memorable experience. “Unang una mainit yung location namin, kailangan namin magtiis kasi yun yung gusto namin, gusto namin totoo.

Working with more veteran actors was an added bonus for Arron as well. “Sobrang amazed and blessed ako to work with these people kasi ang laki ng respeto ko sa veteran actors na ito. And first ever film ito ni Luna and kasama pa sila so it’s an opportunity na rin for me to be part of this. Working with these veteran actors is a privilege for me na din. Grateful and thankful ako to be part of this film dahil grabe ang laki ng hatak niya sa tao ngayon. Starting from our second week until the present at hopefully more weeks to go pa.

With talks of another historical biopic in the works, this time based on the life of Gregorio Del Pilar, Arron hopes he can still be a part of it as well. “Sabi ko kakausapin ko yung director namin kasi I would love to work with him again. (laughs) Kaya may pagkakataon pa akong magsulat. Fictional character yung role ko,” he added.

Ang taas ng ratings namin. And it’s not just All of Me, all of the afternoon teleseryes are doing good. We’re happy and the management is happy about it. I’m looking forward sa character ko kasi inaantay ko yung conflict, yun yung mga inaantay ng viewers ngayon,” he admitted.

The Kapamilya actor also took the chance to clarify rumors that the series will be cut short due to problems on the set. “I guess marami na ding nakakaalam. Well first of all, our show will last pa, matagal pa. Kasi madami akong issue na naririnig at nakikita na puputulin na daw nila yung All of Me by January or earlier pa.

Arron said the cast and crew of the show are hoping the situation will improve on the set. “We’re trying our best to understand everything with JM (De Guzman). We’re trying. It’s just na marami siyang problema.

The All of Me actor said he does not want to interfere in JM’s personal life. “Well before I always talked to him. I don’t want to get into his problems kasi that’s his personal life eh. I want to help but I guess right now he wants to parang fix it for himself,” he admitted.

When it comes to his own problems, Arron said he prefers to keep his personal life from interfering with his career. “You have to do it eh. Sometimes nga I have problems in my life but I make sure na pag nasa work ako at may problem ako hindi ko muna iisipin yung problema ko and sometimes iisipin ko and it helps din when it comes to scenes kasi may pinaghuhugutan ka eh. I think that’s part of acting,” he said.
