The Voice Kids finalists reveal what they felt before the winner was announced

090115-tvk2finalist_main.jpgOn Aquino and Abunda Tonight, The Voice Kids Season 2 finalists Reynan Dal Anay, Esang De Torres, and and Sassa Dagdag revealed what they felt right before the grand winner’s name was announced.

Esang said she was nervous because she wanted to win but when Elha Nympha was announced the winner, she was also happy for Elha because “wala na po siyang tatay.” Reynan felt the same. He wished he would win but when Elha’s name was called he was happy for her and he embraced the fact that she won.

Sassa felt differently. She says she didn't expect to win. Sassa adds, “deserving naman kasi kahit sino manalo.”

The three also sharde how they take care of singing voices. They avoid sweets and cold drinks. They also refrain from shouting and they vocalize.

Asked how singing a duet with big stars made them feel, Esang shared she loves how Billy Crawford sings and she’s already sang with him on It’s Showtime. Reynan said before he became part of The Voice, he would only see Gary Valenciano on TV, and it was surreal when he finally had the chance to perform with him. Sassa, meanwhile, said she’s very happy to have sung a duet with the “Mega Star” Sharon Cuneta.
