EXCLUSIVE: Dimples Romana on upcoming ‘One More Chance’ sequel: ‘Very happy kami’

<div><img src='' alt='082515-dimplesromana_push.jpg' width='400' height='290' align='left' border='0'>After playing the role of Krizzy in the hit movie <i>One More Chance </i>in 2007, Dimples Romana could not help but expressed her excitement now that a sequel is about to hit the silver screen soon. The television host-actress remarked that the she is elated that there will be a follow up to the story of Popoy (John Lloyd Cruz) and Basha (Bea Alonzo).</div><div><br/></div><div>“[I’m] super, super happy because everybody is anticipating this, <i>parang </i>every time<i> mapapanood mo dahil</i> modern classic<i> na nga siya</i> you can’t help but think<i> na ‘Saan nga ba napunta si Popoy at tsaka si Basha?’</i>” she said in an interview with Push.com.ph.</div><div><br/></div><div>Dimples’s character was one of the best friends of Popoy and Basha. She said that she is already looking forward to working with her former co-stars. “So far<i> naman ang alam ko</i> [part ako] <i>pero kasi siyempre ngayon medyo may </i>challenge<i> lang kasi yung</i> schedule <i>ng </i>original <i>‘Bellinis’ barkada iba-iba na pero</i> I think they are working it out.”</div><div><br/></div><div>She added that working with the film’s lead stars John Lloyd and Bea always feels like reuniting with family. <i>“Kasi siyempre</i> it seems like family every time we work with each other<i> kasi ninong at ninang na nga ng mga anak ko ‘yun so parang iba na ‘yung</i> bonding <i>pag ganon so iba na, mas</i> dynamic <i>na ‘yung pagtatrabaho mo, mas magaaan,” </i>she stated.</div><div><br/></div><div>Did she expect that the movie would have a sequel sooner or later? <i>“Siyempre</i> it’s really more of looking forward for the part 2 than expecting<i style=''> kasi siyempre minsan pag nag-set ka ng </i>expectations<i> medyo mahirap ‘yun i-reach</i> so it’s really more of hopeful so<i> nung sinabi nila, </i>very happy <i>kami</i>.”</div><div><br/></div><div>On how her character would evolve in the movie, Dimple stayed mum about it at the moment. “It’s a big secret, <i>bawal sabihin kasi</i> actually <i>nong nag-usap usap kami</i> we kept it very discreet din,” she said.</div>
