"It's an honor to be doing something like this. I am also very young and to have one of your films restored, wow I can't wait to watch it," he said during an interview at the special screening.
The actor considered it as a present to him by the ABS-CBN film restorations. "Mas ano na 'yung resolusyon ngayon eh [maganda], it's a nice gift," he stated.
Piolo shared that he has learned a lot of things from working in the said movie. "[Natutunan ko] commitment to the craft, to the role, to the project, to the whole production. It's different eh, kasi may payback namin eh."
The actor's leading lady in the movie was Claudine Barretto and when asked if he wants to work again with her again, he responded, "Definitely. [Sa movie] definitely we're more mature and 'yung topics more adult."
