Kim and Maja were both almost mum on the report save for the former’s brief remark about not knowing about the incident.</div><div><br/></div><div>Kim and Maja ended the report by saying “get well soon” to Gerald.</div><div><br/></div><div>The dislocation of the Nathaniel star's shoulders was shared by his road manager on Instagram.
