\With less than a month before the opening of another UAAP season, let's have a rundown of the celebrities who once roamed the corridors of its participating schools.

Far Eastern University is known for its well-preserved historical buildings that date back since its establishment in 1928. Most of these are heavily-influenced with the art deco architectural style. The university, along with the University of the Philippines, the University of Santo Tomas, and National University founded the University of the Athletic Association of the Philippines in 1938. The FEU Tamaraws were the first over-all league champions in the UAAP in 1948.
Here are five TV and movie personalities who cheered for them and their colors of green and gold:

1) Ai-Ai de las Alas

The "Philippine Queen of Comedy" is widely acclaimed for her blockbuster movie Ang Tanging Ina (2003), which spawned two sequels. With her portrayals in various comedy films and TV shows, she has received a number of recognitions from award-giving bodies such as the PMPC Star Awards, Guillermo Mendoza Memorial Scholarship Foundation, Metro Manila Film Festival, and FAMAS Awards. Alongside these trophies is a bachelor's degree in Mass Communication (1985).
2) Vice Ganda

Starred in some of the highest-grossing films in Philippine cinema, Vice Ganda is known for his witty comments and political sarcasm. This could possibly be a result of his talent for comedy and degree in Political Science.
3) Jessy Mendiola

Part of Star Magic Batch 15, Jessy became popular for her title role in the Philippine adaptation of the Mexican telenovela Maria Mercedes (2013-2014). She studied Mass Communication.
4) Juan Rodrigo

5) Wendy Valdez

The beauty queen turned Housemate ni Kuya (Pinoy Big Brother Season 2) had the title role for the teleserye Margarita (2007). She graduated with a degree in Mass Communication in 2007.
