Are Daniel Matsunaga and Erich Gonzales open to being part of other love teams?
daniel.jpgDaniel Matsunaga admitted that he is a big fan of his girlfriend Erich Gonzales when it comes to acting. The actor relayed that he personally witnessed how professional and dedicated Erich is to her craft.

“I’m the number one fan, I keep on making jokes with her, ‘Corazon’, ganon-ganon pero ‘yun sobrang galing and nakita ko siya sa Two Wives [‘yung] acting [niya] and I can see it despite being tired sa set, whatever happens sa set, sa personal life niya, you can see when she’s at work talagang professional,” he said.

He added, “You can really see that she’s a really good actress like kung pagod ka, puyat sa mga eksena, lalo na ‘yung mga eksena, iyak ng iyak, so she’s really good and although [may] crying scenes I was really amazed and unbelievable to actually do that and she’s able to do that,” he said.

There team-up in the now-defunct show Two Wives earned a lot of fans. They earned more fans when their reel romance turned real. But when asked if they are open to the possibility that they might be part of other love teams and be teamed-up with other stars in the future, he responded, “Yes of course, we are very professional, me, Erich, alam ko she’s a very good actress and maybe in the future there will be [other] love teams and everything. That’s part of our work and we understand that. We are in this together and we know that this is part of showbiz.”

The actor was also asked why he chooses to be more showy and expressive of his feelings for Erich on social networking sites like Instagram. “There is no reason for hiding. For me once you feel something for another person that is really real, you know, why would you hide from other people especially sa showbiz di ba? You don’t have to hide your feelings from anybody especially to our fans. We have to give it to the fans as well because that’s your personal life and they should accept the way you are.”
