During a one week vacation in San Francisco, CA, Gretchen Barretto spent some quality time bonding with only daughter Dominique, Alyanna Martinez and close friends and family in the Bay Area. They enjoyed activities like taking soul cycle classes in the city, wine tasting in nearby Napa Valley, white water rafting at South Fork River, beauty days and visiting tourist spots like Fisherman's Wharf and shopping.
