Melai Cantiveros is Your Face Sounds Familiar's first grand winner

She won a total of P2 Million pesos plus trophy.</div><div><br/></div><div>She impersonated Miley Cyrus and performed, 'Wrecking Ball' during the competition's grand showdown the night before.</div><div><br/></div><div>She garnered a total of 51.93% of votes.  </div><div><br/></div><div>Nyoy Volante came in 2nd place with 24.51% of votes while Jay R and Edgar Allan Guzman followed respectively with 16.1% and 7.47%.</div><div><br/></div><div>Special awards were also given to the other <i>YFSF</i> contestants. Jolina Magdangal won the Mini Me Award, Maxene Magalona won the Yehey Award while Karla Estrada and Tutti Caringal won the Ultimate Diva and Intensity 8 awards respectively.</div>
