Former Kapamilya star Martin del Rosario vehemently denied that he was the man in the recently-circulating nude photo.
Although there was no telling if it was really Martin, netizens speculated that it was 38th Gawad Urian Best Supporting Actor winner.
“Hindi ko na lang pinapansin,” he said of the photo.
According to Martin, he wasn’t the least bit affected about it and the same way goes for his family.
“Nakita ko, nakita ng family ko. Pati family ko hindi sila apektado. Hindi ko naman mapipigilan ang ibang tao eh kung gusto nilang paniwalaang ako 'yon,” he said.
Instead of dwelling on the negativity of the rumor, Martin stressed that he’s not keen on pressing charges against the person behind that viral photo.
Interestingly, the young hunky actor is convinced that the photo, despite its negative slant, has actually helped in boosting his career.
“Gulat nga ako dumami pa followers ko eh,” he said.
Meanwhile, Martin recently bagged his first-ever Urian award for the film Dagitab.
The fact that he was even nominated for under the Best Supporting Actor category for Martin is already a blessing in itself.
Happy na ako no’n,” said the 23-year-old actor.
Although he’s no stranger to indie films, Martin didn’t deny that the said film style holds a special place in his heart.
Parang family kayo,” he ended.
