<div><img src='' alt='061815-jadine_main.jpg' width='400' height='290' align='left' border='0'>Nadine Lustre and James Reid, the popular onscreen love team who recently won an award at the 46th Guillermo awards as the “Most Popular Loveteam in Movies & TV” will battle against each other at the Philpop 2015 songwriting competition.</div><div><br/></div><div>The Philpop competition is open to all Filipinos or of Filipino descent, who are fond of composing OPM songs.</div><div><br/></div><div>This year, James will be performing <i>“Musikaw” </i>which is composed by MC Magno and Nadine will perform Mark Villar’s composition<i> “Sa Ibang Mundo.”</i></div><div><br/></div><div>The love team told ABS-CBN News on Tuesday that they don’t fuss about them being on different teams as long as it’s a “healthy competition” and it wouldn’t matter if one of them wins as long as it will promote OPM.</div><div><br/></div><div>“Mas more na masaya kami kasi kasali kami pareho, kasama kami sa interpreters,” Nadine said.</div><div><br/></div><div>The young actress also showed concern for OPM by saying, “Sana naman po, hindi lang 'yung song namin [ang iboto]. Kung ano talaga yung song na gusto nila sa mga kasali. Huwag naman maging biased kasi para naman ito sa music industry.”</div><div><br/></div><div>As of the moment, the two are busy shooting for their upcoming TV series <i>On the Wings of Love. </i>The airing date of the soap has not yet been announced but they already filmed some scenes in San Francisco, USA.</div>

James and Nadine are both happy with their new endeavors.
