G-Force to come up with first dance movie

<div><img src='' alt='050215-gforce_main.jpg' width='400' height='290' align='left' border='0'>Premiere dance group <i>G-Force</i> took summer camping to new heights with the <i>G-Force Project 2015</i>’s <i>Summer Dance Glamping</i>.</div><div><br/></div><div>For almost eight years now, G-Force has been staging their dance workshop classes for those who want to learn how to dance like the fierce crew. <br/><br/></div><div>“This year<i> meron kaming</i> extra activity na parang part ito ng celebration naming at gift narin sa mga students namin. This year we are doing dance glamping. If you have a dance camp na ina-attendan this is different. This is a glamorous camping. So <i>kung sa</i> camp<i> ninyo may pabilisan [ng paggawa] ng </i>tent <i>dito ay paggandahan ng </i>tent,” explained G-Force’s founder<i> Georcelle Dapat-Sy</i> in a recent interview with Push.</div><div><br/></div><div>Apart from the actual dance classes, this year’s <i>G-Force </i>project participants will also be able to experience one-of-a-kind bonfire event.</div><div><br/></div><div>“We will be dancing under the stars and the students will be trained to really work with a team <i>para ihanda sila sa</i> MOA performances nila,” she added.</div><div><br/></div><div>After all the students have completed their classes, they will have an option to join the project-wide recitals which is happening at the SM Mall of Asia Arena on May 26.</div><div><br/></div><div>But more than training them to dance, Teacher Georcelle, as she is fondly called in the industry, stressed that the project really aims to improve the person as a whole.</div><div><br/></div><div>“<i>Ang maganda pa dito, </i>this will not only hone the skills of the students<i> sa pagsasayaw kung</i> di ‘it will really build your character.  <i>Matutulungan talaga ‘yung mga estudyante na matulungan na magkaroon ng</i> personal development. Marami kaming activities na mag-e-enjoy sila at siyempre kasama nila ang G-Force at ang iba naming celeb friends,” she explained.</div><div><br/></div><div>Apart from the recitals and the bonfire, students from the Metro can also look forward to mingling with other students from different provinces as <i>G-Force Project 2015</i> has also gone regional.</div><div><br/></div><div>“<i>Matagal na talaga naming plano ‘yun talagang hindi lang na-a-</i>allow <i>ng</i> schedule <i>dahil nga sa mga pa</i>-concert. But that’s a good problem. But this time<i> talagang pi-nush naming na matuloy bilang </i>celebration <i>nga, ang dami rin kasing nag</i>-re-request,” she said. “It’s part of our celebration ng <i>G-Force</i>. We have Cebu. We have Albay. We have Iloilo. We have Batangas. ‘Y<i>an ang mga pupuntahan naming at lahat ‘yan magkikita kita yan sa Glamping</i>.”</div><div><br/></div><div>This year, G-Force will be celebrating their 10th year anniversary as a group and according to Teacher Georcelle they intend to commemorate it with a bang.</div><div><br/></div><div>“Glamping is the workshop’s highlight and of course Mall of Asia Arena. But the highlight talaga of our 10th year talaga is the movie that we’re doing,” she revealed.</div><div><br/></div><div>According to her it will come out by the end of the year and will be co-presented by Meg magazine and directed by Mike Carandang.</div><div><br/></div><div>What will be the movie’s plot?</div><div><br/></div><div>“It’s about G-Force, our journey. <i>Paano kami nakaabot sa sampung taon. Ano ba ang</i> struggles <i>ng mga </i>dancers.
