As much as I can if I have time, I'll sneak in a little bit of workout. Pero hirap na hirap talaga ako to find time so pinipilit ko talaga yung self ko. I just tell myself na after I work out I'll feel better and it's always correct. The moment I feel down na down and pagod na pagod and I think I can't do it, that's the time when I'll go. I go workout twice a week,”

Diet
For my blood type kasi I'm prone to bloating with lots of salt, so I drink lots of water. I haven't had soda since bata ako.

“Before aminado ako na nag-ji-gym ako, nag-boxing ako and if may time nagpapa-personal train ako. Boxing siguro na-enjoy ko rin siya. Kasi nag-ji-gym ako sa Gold’s gym so every time na nandun ako nakakaita ako ng nag-te-train so I tried it. Feeling ko super maganda sa heart rate and then yun na nga maganda siyang cardio talaga.”

Diet
“Siguro before kasi masasabi kong unhealthy talaga yung mga kinakain ko and ngayon binawasan ko lang, hindi naman super healthy na parang hindi na ako kumakain ng oily food, ganyan. Normal (diet) pa rin naman. Siguro tinanggal ko lang yung crash diet na parang ang pananaw kasi nating girls na hindi na kakain pag nasabihan lang na mataba. Sabi ko hindi dapat kumain pa rin ako. Ini-enjoy ko lang yung food. Hindi puwedeng hindi ka kakain kasi yun yung unhealthy way ng pagpapapayat. Kung gusto mong pumayat na okay pa rin itsura mo or blooming ka pa rin kumain ka pa rin.”

“I work out with a trainer usually. I work out every other day. It's really more of when I have a project and I have something coming that I really do buckle down and get serious on eating only the food from the Sexy Chef and that's how I maintain it. Of course during the holiday season when I’m not working, I let go. I eat out with my family just like everybody else.”

Diet 
“My top tip would be that people think that by not eating and by missing meals that they will lose weight that way but in fact you are doing more harm to your metabolism that way. A lot of people skip breakfast thinking that they could save in calories but that's just absolute total opposite of the truth. You should eat smaller meals regularly to keep your metabolism going. The second tip is I think is there is no one diet that fits all. It depends on how your body reacts to it all, there's no right or wrong and if pizza is your favorite food then eat it, go ahead, just don't have the whole pie. And third misconception that people that people have that is that exercise alone makes a person lose weight. It's actually 80% food and nutrition and 20% exercise. People have been duped into thinking that they can just keep going to the gym and spend hours there but I think you really have to watch what you eat and combine the two.”

Ngayon nag-aaral ako ng pole-dancing mga four months na rin. Nag-isip kasi ako ng isang sport na not everyone can do and yung iilan lang yug artista na nag-ga-ganun like si Ciara Sotto and Ms. Aira Bermudez. Gusto ko yung kakaiba kasi everyone does going to the gym or boxing or Muay Thai, gusto ko yung iba sa akin na magiging unique ako. Okay naman siya, nakakalakas siya ng muscles, nakakapag-build siya ng muscles and at the same time nalalabas mo yung sexiness mo kasi when you do pole-dancing, you only wear short shorts and sports bra kasi ang pang-grip mo yung skin mo eh. So medyo nakaka-sexy siya, nakaka-feminine, nakaka-woman. So na-e-enjoy ko siya and sa pole-dancing we have an hour of flexibility exercise so it's not just para sa pole pero it also helps me in my dancing sa show kasi it helps me become more flexible. I want to be good at it so inaaral ko yun ngayon twice a week.

“I go to the gym two to three times a week or more if I can. If I can't, then I stay home and do the workouts by myself. I try to eat more fruits and vegetables and I naturally like healthy food. It's not as if it's by choice, I'm just drawn to healthier food.”

Ngayon nag-wo-workout na ako sa bahay pero konti lang, like kung yung totoong workout is 45 minutes, yung sa akin seven minutes (laughs). Bumili ako ng yoga mat at saka medicine ball, hindi ko naman siya ma-seryoso pero since never naman ako kasi nag-workout, this year lang talaga so siguro step by step matututo rin ako kasi madali ako mapagod eh. Siyempre hindi ako sanay. Every other day yun, basta kailangan ko lang gumalaw. Kasi hindi naman ako yung tipo na kilangan pumayat pero siyempre 30 na ako so bumabagsak na yung mga braso ko, lampas na ako sa prime ko, charot! (laughs)”

Diet
Wala. Siguro I drink a lot of water and wala, yun lang. Yun lang naman talaga dapat eh.”

Very conscious ako ngayon. I really diet and then I exercise, do yoga. Dati kasi talagang pagbalik ko from the States talagang everyday. Kaya lang ngayon naging busy ulit so as much as possible almost everyday kahit walk, run for 20 minutes. I always think na when I work out I'll get more energy and I'll sweat out all the toxins at saka mas magkakaroon ng happy hormones (laughs)

“I think I just embraced change. Parang pag may mga bagets ka na rin di ba you want to be able to keep up with your children and at the same time, you have to be conscious with everything, you have to look good. Aminado naman ako hindi ko naman alam kung paano magdamit ng maayos. I don't know how to fix myself up. I'm not confident na ako yung nagbibihis sa sarili ko kasi alam kong wala akong talent diyan. Since I accept chance and I accept lahat ng suggestions ng mga tao sa paligid ko, kung ano yung ipapasuot sa akin, susuotin ko lang. Ayokong magpanggap na sosyalera ako. Bilib nga ako sa mga bagets now that they can dress themselves and confident na sila. Ako it took me two decades bago ko nahanap yung confidence. Lately lang kami nagkakilala nung confidence ko. So I'm happy na napapansin yung effort. But I'm really happy working out everyday with Ryan and at the same time yung mga anak namin sumasama rin sa workout namin. Para siyang naging family time for us. Kaya rin gusto namin makita sa mga anak namin na working out everyday parang is a normal thing. Kasi hirap na hirap ako pumasok dun sa point na mag-workout talaga eh, so parang ayokong mangyari sa kanila na ayaw nila magworkout.”
