Annabelle Rama says why ‘pamimikot’ did not work for her

122915-anabelle_main.jpgOn Tonight with Boy Abunda, the funny and feisty matriarch of the Gutierrez family Annabelle Rama talked about her book Day, Hard!

Annabelle revealed being an author has been one of her life-long dreams.

Annabelle said she wasn’t the one who called Ernie, the head of ABS-CBN Publishing.

She then asked the host Boy Abunda if he had read the book. Boy said, “Ask me. Nabasa ko mula umpisa hanngang dulo.” Boy even lauded the author for her no-holds-barred honesty. “Nobody can ever tell a story like this, (na nasasabi na) ‘Noong una kong dalawang anak hindi pa naman ako mahal ni Eduardo, the reason why Elvis is my favorite son is because doon ko naramdaman na mahal na mahal na ako ni Eduardo….”

Annabelle laughed and revealed more juicy details about how she got to win her husband, the dashing actor Eddie Gutierrez. So after Ruffa inulit ko pa uli, another one.

Boy revealed some of the book’s contents. Annabelle then said, “yung kasabunutan ko namatay na nga e.”

122915-anabelle_main.jpgBoy confirmed Day, Hard! is a fun read and a good gift idea this holiday season. Annabelle added, “Mag-eenjoy sila diyan Boy.

To illustrate, Annabelle then shared her friend’s story, who she said is a showbiz personality and whom she has given love advice to.

On Fast Talk, Annabelle said she is more beautiful than Ruffa and that Raymond takes after her personality more than Richard. She also enumerated the qualities she wants Ruffa’s boyfriend to have, “businessman, mamahalin ang anak niya at may respeto sa parents niya.”

Annabelle chose sex over chocolates and lights off over lights on. Asked what her favorite sex position is, Annabelle said “standing.” This elicited guffaws from Boy and the audience. Annabelle also said the best time for sex is “gabi.”
