'<i>Mahirap. Hindi ko pa kasi naranasan yung hinahabol ako ng kung ano man so ang nasa isip ko hinahabol na lang ako ng taong ayaw ako, natatakot ako so parang hindi ako mapakali. So mahirap na mahirap siya kasi yun yung mga bagay na hindi ko nararamdaman, hindi mo nakikita pero kailangan mong i-express,</i>” he admitted to Push.com.ph</div><div><br/></div><div>The 20-year-old actor admitted he is also a scaredy cat when he is by himself at home, but he knows that his fans will enjoy his MMFF film which is about a group of high school students who are stuck inside a mysterious mansion during their retreat. '<i>Ang experience na makukuha nila sa movie is kung papaano yung respetuhin dapat yung mga ibang nakatira sa mundo natin which is malalaman nila na may mga ganun pa lang klase na hindi biru-biro lahat. And pangalawa, siguro i-ready nila sarili nila, na may katabi sila para may mayakap sila at may pagtaguan sila kasi nakakagulat din at nakakatakot</i>,” he shared.</div><div><br/></div><div>Although he has a packed working schedule this month, Jerome has no complaints. '<i>Ngayong pasko I feel the same lang kasi since Be Careful With My Heart hanggang na katulad naming mga nagtratrabaho sa industriya na parang wala na halos panahon para mag-vacation. Pero minsan nakakapuslit din. Pero masaya din dahil may blessings para sa next year agad and I hope na mag-tuloy tuloy siya hanggang next year. Basta excited na excited ako kung ano ang kinalabasan ng movie namin ngayon pag napanuod na ng publiko,</i>” he says.</div><div><br/></div><div>Even if he has to give out his gifts late this year, the Haunted Mansion star says he plans to give something special to his two leading ladies this year Janella Salvador and Jane Oineza. 'For both of them wala pa akong Christmas gift. <i>Pero alam ko paglalaanan ko ng oras para maghanap ng gift for them. Siyempre kahit papaano naman I’m happy dahil may mga blessings din ako and they’re part of them dahil kasama ko sila sa project and nakakasama ako sa blessings na yun dahil sa kanila. I guess for Jane (Oineza) the perfect gift would be skateboard or cap kasi medyo boyish siya pero okay siya, yung mga ganun. For Janella naman sa tingin ko necklace or something private,</i>” he explained.</div><div><br/></div><div>Jerome also looks forward to spending more time with his family once the Metro Manila Film Festival season has ended.
