Carla Abellana admits Tom Rodriguez is Mr. Right material: ‘Nakikita ko yun sa kanya’

Buti na lang kumbaga nabaliktad,</i>” she shares during her ATC Healthcare Vit-E presscon held last December 10 at Novotel Araneta Center in Quezon City.</div><div><br/></div><div>It was during her pictorial for the Vit-E campaign that Carla got the opportunity to pose for international fashion photographer Nigel Barker. “Working with Mr. Nigel Barker free flowing lang <i>siya</i>, anything goes. In fact. he just wants you to move naturally and <i>siya na lang yung bahalang kukuha. Wala siyang sinusundan na peg </i>or layout. Anything goes tapos mabilis siya, galaw lang siya ng galaw. Tapos pag may <i>nakita na siyang magandang anggulo</i>, happy <i>na siya doon tapos </i>move on <i>na</i> <i>kayo</i>. Being in front of Nigel Barker and his camera you feel so blessed<i> tapos siyempre nakakakilig</i>,” she recalled.</div><div><br/></div><div>Carla also commented on the issue where Cai Cortez admitted in an interview that she had a past with Tom Rodriguez. 'Honestly I don’t know so much about it<i> talaga. Kasi ako naman pag may naririnig hindi naman ako yung type na uuwi tapos iri</i>-research<i> ko eh. Lagi namang may nabablitaang iba iba din ang chismis. Dadating at dadating. Pero</i> with this particular one<i> ang napansin ko lang kasi is kumbaga out na ako dun</i>. You don’t judge a person based on his past,” she added.</div><div><br/></div><div>The pretty Vit-E endorser said she does not believe in adding to the hype of such an issue. '<i>Hindi na kasi in a way parang binubuksan mo lang ulit yung topic di ba? Parang babalikan mo lang din yung past so parang tapos na yun eh. I’m sure in the future baka magkatrabaho pa kami eventually. Okay lang I don’t mind kasi pareho kaming nasa industriya, pareho kaming artista. Who knows baka nga magkatrabaho kami ulit. Like with Tom, that’s also part of her past naman din na wala naman akong magagawa doon. Dapat open-minded ka at saka parang in a way alam mong kapag ginawa mo lang siyang issue or pinalaki mo lang or binalik mo lang</i>, waste of time honestly talaga na i-bi-bring up mo pa ulit eh. Importante yung today or yung tomorrow,” she explained.</div><div><br/></div><div>Carla said she still has much respect for Cai. '<i>Ay oo naman. Ilang beses na kaming naging magka-work ni Cai at nagka-movie pa kami ng dalawang beses. Isang napakabait na tao at napakasarap katrabaho. Kenkoy talaga siya sa totoong buhay. So I have much respect for her. Mabait na tao yan. Friend ko siya sa Facebook. Kelan lang nag-comment pa ako sa picture ng bulldog niya sa Instagram (laughs). Hindi totoo (na in-unfriend ko siya),</i>” she explained.</div><div><br/></div><div>For Christmas, Carla said she has yet to prepare her gift for Tom. '<i>Wala pa akong gift so far pero we’ll see kung ano. Pero definitely meron yan. Definitely makakakuha siya ng gift from me</i>,” she admitted.</div><div><br/></div><div>Even if she and Tom have decided not to put any labels on their relationship, Carla said she considers him an ideal partner. '<i>Defintely oo kasi makikita mo naman yung qualities as a person sa paraan niya sa pagtrabaho, kung pano siya off-cam, how he deals with problems, yung mga ganun. So makikita mo naman yun and ma-ge-gauge mo more or less kung okay siya to have as a partner in life. Oo naman nakikita ko yun sa kanya,</i>” she shared.</div>
