EXCLUSIVE: Jessy Mendiola admits being nervous about doing comedy

110815-jessy.jpgIn an exclusive interview with Push.com.ph, Jessy Mendiola, who is one of the newest additions to Banana Sundae (formerly Banana Split: Extra Scoop) admitted that she’s nervous about doing comedy.

Nakaka kaba. Lagi akong kinakabahan.

She was also asked about what to expect from her in doing comedy.

Ewan ko, kung paano ako makikilevel sa kakayahan nila kasi siyempre ang gagaling nilang magpatawa nung anniversary nga grabe kinakabahan [ako] yung mga skits oh my gosh ganito pala dito,” she answered.

Sunshine Garcia and Aiko Climaco, who were also with Jessy during the interview advised her that it’s normal to feel that way and she’ll eventually adjust.

Banana Sundae will air its pilot episode on November 15 and aside from Jessy, the newest addition to their group is comedienne Pokwang.
