When it comes to investing and securing a bright future, Matteo Guidicelli is one of the personalities in the biz that makes it a top priority. The actor shared that he has already his share of investments in Cebu and will soon be building an entrepreneurial venture in Manila. "I've invested in properties, I have other businesses that I'm putting up in Cebu, I have restaurants and next year I have something planned here in Manila," he said in an interview with the media at the Sun Life event at Makati Shangri-La on Wednesday, November 4, 2015.
With these investments and a secured financial status, the press could not help but ask the actor if he is ready to raise a family now. "Pwede naman... but I'm not contented yet. Siyempre you want to be comfortable when you have a family di ba? That's what I'm getting ready for." When asked if he and girlfriend Sarah Geronimo have talked about investing together for their future, the actor responded, "We didn't talk about that but me personally as an individual I have so many things to do for myself, so many dreams to do for myself. Yes, she's my girlfriend but we are not married yet so I want to make my stable strong and be prepared for the days."
Matteo stressed that all his efforts at present is in preparation for the future. "Me as a person when the time comes, I want to be comfortable enough and give what my family deserves so today is the right time to start."
Amid the controversies and rumors about their relationship in the past, Sarah and Matteo have remained strong. On what's the secret to their strong and steady relationship, Matteo shared, "Like anything else I don't think about what's today, [I] think about the long run, what's going to happen in the far future and plan for that. Siyempre what we prepared for today is what we are going to have in the future."
When it comes to gifts, Matteo relayed that he is more into giving personalized presents for the Pop Star Princess. "I don't really invest in expensive gifts. I believe in more meaning stuff eh like you know like a handwritten letter," he said.
