Sam Milby played the ukelele, danced and took on the DJ's deck on 'The Milby Way'
During his 10th anniversary concert titled The Milby Way, Sam Milby performed a lot of musical genres in one show.
Together with guests Pop Rock Princess Yeng Constantino, Queen of Teleserye Theme Songs Angeline Quinto, Queen of R&B Kyla, AnneBisyosa Anne Curtis, Soul Supreme KZ, and Ultimate Heartthrob Piolo Pascual, Sam crossed over from pop to acoustic to alternative rock to OPM and then to ballads.
Another thing that he did show—that his fans probably waited the entire night for—were his perfectly-chiseled abs, which made a lot of fans scream "pandesal" like crazy.
But the Doble Kara actor made sure to share a lesser-known side of himself. Among the things he showed were his enviable core strength, through his stunts which included handstands, back flips, pull ups, and hanging upside down using only his toes.
He likewise showcased his improving dancing skills onstage together with his friends Rayver Cruz, Gerald Anderson, Enchong Dee, and his best friend John Prats.
Quite expectedly, he also played an electric guitar when he performed the mash up of "Thinking Out Loud" and "I'm Not The Only One" together with Yeng.
During the last portion of his show, Sam also played a tiny ukelele while performing an island-like version of the mashup of "What A Wonderful World" and "Somewhere Over The Rainbow."
Another interesting part of his show were the "confessions" of his peers and friends about who he was off cam and outside of the spotlight.
But what truly captivated the audience during the show was how he looked back through his 10 years with gratefulness not only for his network, management, talent agency, and fans but also for his friends and most importantly, for his own family.
Although many enjoyed his show, Sam clarified during an interview after the concert that The Milby Way is really just a one-time show. However, his fans can watch out for his upcoming new album.
