Harana members open up about how they avoid ‘sapawan’ within the group

<div><img src='' alt='100915-HARANA_main.jpg' width='400' height='290' align='left' border='0'>Rising male singing group <i>Harana </i>said that they remain in awe over the series of milestones that they have been achieving lately.</div><div><br/></div><div>The group, composed of Joseph Marco, Bryan Santos, Michael Pangilinan, and Marlo Mortel, will be staging their first-ever major concert on October 16 at the Music Museum. The boys will be joined by their guests KZ Tandingan, Janella Salvador, Morissette, Alex Gonzaga, and Tippy Dos Santos.</div><div><br/></div><div>While they refused to reveal bits and pieces about their production numbers for the concert, the boys teased that their closing number is one that everyone should watch out for.</div><div><br/></div><div>The <i>Harana </i>boys are a relatively young group, having been together for only a year or so yet the four singers have already gone places.</div><div><br/></div><div>They have released their first album, they’ve performed a movie theme song, and they’ve functioned as front acts for concerts of Soul Supreme KZ Tandingan, Teen King Daniel Padilla, and Irish international boy band Boyzone.</div><div><br/></div><div>With all these feats, the four boys maintain that they make it a point to avoid “<i>sapawan”</i> in the group.</div><div><br/></div><div>Pasion de Amor star Joseph revealed that they have actually observed how “<i>sapawan</i>” has caused the downfall of many groups in the past. He claims that knowing that fact is the very reason why they’ve been very conscious not to commit the same mistake.</div><div><br/></div><div>“<i>Kung ano man ang ika-kaproud namin siguro ‘yun ‘yon, na-master namin na hindi kami nagsasapawan. Palaging equal. Kung siya ‘yung nag-gitna, next naman. Palit naman sa gitna. We’re very giving and talagang nagtutulungan ang grupo namin,</i>” said Joseph.</div><div><br/></div><div>Bryan, for his part, stressed that their respect for one another is one of their secrets why “sapawan” has never been an issue for them.</div><div><br/></div><div>He added, “<i>We leave room rin for patience for this person kasi ganon siya or whatever. Tapos or ito ‘yung mas type niya. So communication lang talaga ang importante with us four</i>.”</div>
