With his many supporters showing their love and appreciation for him throughout his career in showbiz, Vice Ganda extended his gratitude to them. In an interview with Push.com.ph at the "Kapamilya Thank You Day", the comedian said, "I'm very thankful. Thank you so much to all the Kapamilyas for supporting us all these years, the Kapamilyas have given me so much love and so much blessings and I want to give it back to them."
The unkabogable star and the entire It's Showtime family went to Binan, Laguna recently as part of their sixth anniversary celebration. "Love na love namin ang Laguna, maraming, maraming salamat po. Ang taas ng energy, damang- dama mo ‘yung suporta nila, good vibes! Sobrang good vibes! Sa nakalipas na anim na taon ang daming gustong makapunta sa studio at mabisita kami. Hindi naman lahat magagawa ‘yun kaya kami mismo ang lalapit sa kanila,” he stated.
Apart from being busy with his the noontime show, Vice is currently shooting his upcoming Metro Manila Film Festival movie Beauty and the Bestie which he will topbill with Coco Martin. It was September this year when it was announced that the hit tandem of James Reid and Nadine Lustre will also be joining Vice in the film. According to Vice, there is no dull moment working with JaDine and it is definitely an enjoyable one. "Fun naman! Chicka ko naman [ang JaDine]. Si Nadine nakasama ko na siya sa Petrang Kabayo, my launching movie. Si James close naman kami. Taga Dreamscape silang dalawa kaya close kami. Si Coco Martin din [kasama ko sa movie]. Si Coco Martin has been my best friend way back. Masaya, fun lang sa set," he shared.
In the previous interview with Vice, he relayed the respective roles of JaDine. "Bale pamangkin niya (Coco) si Nadine ako naman kapatid ko si James. Nakakatuwa ang mga eksena, nabasa ko ang script mas magi-enjoy sila. Nakapag shoot na kami noong August tapos pinalipas muna ang ghost month," Vice said
Beauty and the Bestie is Vice's fifth MMFF movie entry. The comedian previously previously starred in the MMFF movie The Unkabogable Praybeyt Benjamin in 2011, Sisterakas in 2012, Girl Boy Bakla Tomboy in 2013, and The Amazing Praybeyt Benjamin in 2014. All the movies were the highest-grossing films of their respective years.
