During the 6th anniversary celebration of “It’s Showtime” last October 3 at the Alonte Sports Arena in Binan, Laguna, Jugs Jugueta and Teddy Corpuz were asked about their opinion on the hiatus of band Kamikazee.
The band recently held their last bar gig last September 28 at the 12 Monkeys Music Hall in Makati.
Both front men of their respective bands Itchyworms and Rocksteddy, Jugs and Teddy say they respect the decision of their fellow musicians.
Teddy said, he doesn’t believe the band will be gone, but would probably just take a break. He compared it to his band, which he thinks will also take a break eventually, but wouldn’t announce it formally.
Jugs on the other hand said it’s the band’s choice to take a hiatus and he respects it.
Kamikazee will hold their last show this December and will take a break from performing in 2016.
