Is Vina Morales open to doing a kontrabida role?

<div><img src='' alt='100315-vinamorales_PUSH.jpg' width='400' height='290' align='left' border='0'>Now that her soap<i> Nasaan Ka Nang Kailangan Kita</i> is down to its last few weeks, Vina Morales extended her gratitude to those who have supported the successful afternoon teleserye. “Nagpapasalamat kami sa lahat ng sumubaybay ng <i>Nasaan Ng Kailangan Kita. </i>We’re finishing [it], three weeks na lang. We’re airing for nine months already so we’re already thankful. Abangan na lang nila ‘yung mga kaabang-abang na three weeks pa na darating sa buhay namin lahat,” she said.</div><div><br/></div><div>Vina plays the “palaban” role of Cecilia in the soap. On her next projects, is she open to pushing the boundaries and play the role of a kontrabida? “I would love to do those kind of characters na medyo greyish din. Nagawa ko rin ‘yun sa Nasaan Ka Elisa. Ito dito naman balance ‘yung character ni Cecilia, she’s a very strong person, ‘yung character niya. Looking forward ako to my next.”</div><div><br/></div><div>She added that whatever project will be offered to her, she will give it her all to portray it well. “Kung ano man an ibibigay sa akin na character, pag-aaralan ko at ibibigay ko ang lahat ng makakaya ko. Looking forward ako to my next project.”</div><div><br/></div><div>Vina was recently part of the kick-off of the anniversary special of<i> It’s Showtime. </i>The actress was all praises of the show on how it entertains the viewers with its opening numbers. “Isa ako sa naging Kapamilya ng Showtime dahil every time na may production numbers, naiisip nila ako. Thankful ako na tini-treat din nila ako na pamilya sa Showtime. I always do opening number sa kanila. Alam naman ng lahat na pinaghihirapan namin lalo na pag opening number so I’m just lucky and blessed that I get to perform in the opening kasi alam natin na pinag-iisipan ‘yan, may mga lifting na hindi mo ini-expect na sumasabit diyan kung saan-saan so nagawa ko yan sa Showtime. Always thankful ako na alam kong pinag-iisipan nila ‘yung mga production numbers na ‘yun,” she said. </div>
