John Estrada: ‘Me and Janice (De Belen), I think we’re starting to be friends’

102015-JOHN_main.jpgOn Tonight with Boy Abunda, Walang Iwanan star John Estrada talked about his acting technique. “Actually nung ginagawa ko itong Walang Iwanan, even my wife told me, you really look different and you act different. Hindi ko alam. Hindi ko sinasadya, pero may kasabihan ‘pag artista ka may on and off ka. Pero ako, nadadala ko siguro minsan sa bahay pero hindi ko sinanasadya yun. And of course, if you’re an actor, if you’re an actress you should play the role hindi dapat magpa-pogi, hindi dapat magpa-cute.”

Asked how he shows his jealousy, John revealed, “Kasi ako iba e, lalo na yung panganay kong si Inah, ‘pag nakikita kong may kasama, sabi ko anak ko yan, bakit may kasamang iba yan at may holding hands pa, anak ko yan brad… para bang yung attachment ko sa anak ko na you’re mine, so yun ang mahirap i-let go.”

John admitted to host Boy Abunda that part of his being possessive as a father is his worry that his daughter will end up with a man like him. “’Wag naman yung masyadong katulad ko. Yung mga ibang parte lang.”

John was also honest enough to say, “I don't think they’re friends but they’re civil and that's good enough.” John is also open to working with the two women on a project.

John also made a statement regarding the child abuse case his friend Willie Revillame is embroiled in and he said, “I think the kid wasn't abused.”
