EXCLUSIVE: Vina Morales on Jane Oineza and Jerome Ponce: ‘I’m happy for them’

'We’redoing great. We were lucky that we were able to reach nine months, naka-ilang seasons pa kami, Yung iba oneseason lang di ba? So talagang I consider us lucky at nagpapasalamat kami salahat ng mga nagaabang at nanuod sa amin almost every weekday. Nakakalungkotkasi mahal mo na rin yung pamilya mo dun, yung mga nakakatrabaho mong cast andthe staff. Madami kaming nagawang nakabang abang na eksena hanggang sa hulingepisode. Nakaka-miss talaga but siyempre we should be thankful na rin kasi ninemonths din yun in the making,” she admitted.Having worked with promising young stars Jane Oineza and JeromePonce in Nasaan Ka Nang Kailangan Kita formost of the year, Vina said she was impressed with their work ethics this yearin their careers. 'Actually they’re very professional and makikita mo naman na they love what theydo. Of course their rapport is there on and off camera, ganyan. I don’t know if they’re very open about their love life butsa nakikita ko naman they really getalong well on and off camera. And I’m happy for them,” she shared.As a single mom, Vina said she misses her sexier physique beforeshe gave birth to daughter Ceanna. 'I miss my abs (laughs). I still haveit but siyempre of course I haveCeanna now but I want it back. Madalilang naman sa akin kasi once na pag andiyan naman yung muscle mo madali na langibalik yun. But I also take care of what I eat. I always check what I eat.Tinitingnan ko talaga kung ano yung kinakain ko. I think it’s also exercise.Conscious ako in a way since yung trabaho namin you have to look good. Whenyou’re on TV it adds ten pounds. So kung ano man yung nakikita nila andsiyempre gusto ko rin naman yung trabaho ko so I know I really have to takecare of myself,” she explained.Apart from sticking to a healthy diet, Vina said her family salonbusiness is also going strong. The 39-year-old Kapamilya artist saidshe isthankful to her sisters for allowing her to juggle her acting and singingcareer with a flourishing business. 'And of course Ystilo salon is thereto take care of myself when it comes to the pampering side. It’s our 17th yearanniversary this year so all in all mga30 branches na kami and we’re opening more branches next year. I manage itwith my sister Sheila she’s my partner and my sisters Shaina and Sheryl,” sheexplained.Vina said she is also thankful she has a very understandingdaughter in six-year-old Ceanna. 'She sees me naman pag nag-da-diet ako. Nag-de-delivery food ako. She says, ‘Momare you just going to eat that?’ or parang,‘Where are you going Mom?’ and I say, ‘I’m going to Gold’s gym, do you want togo?’ She goes with me, ganun. So she knows healthy living kami,” she said.
