The It's Showtime co-host aired her sentiments on her Twitter account and wrote, "Pls don't believe everything you read. It goes to show that not all sources are 100% reliable. Know the truth before jumping to conclusions."
The report said that Billy went to the police station with an "unidentified woman" reportedly to ask for help.
Finally shedding light to the identity of this woman, or in this case women, Coleen posted, "As for the 'unidentified woman' he was with? He was with 3 of my best friends. And yes, 2 of them are women. No need to put malice in that."
Coleen, who was Billy's date last night at the annual Star Magic Ball, likewise called the attention of the show that first aired about his supposed detention.
She wrote, "@gmanews Hi! Pls stop spreading lies. You and I both know that Billy didn't punch anyone last night. I doubt that he would ever hit a woman."
Billy's camp still has yet to comment on the incident.
