Gab Valenciano shares his future plans with fiancée Tricia Centenera

“I can’t believe it. Honestly, I can’t imagine that it’s been that long because I have been in school for two years na. Sobrang bilis, I didn’t even think, hindi ko namalayan na I am graduating already so yeah, I will be graduating on August 8 and nakakatuwa.

Aniya, “I really plan to go back after [this] to LA to start a production company that will mainly focus on music first. Whether it be music with artists in soundtrack, video games, feature films, basta anything that has to do with music I’ll really focus on. Performing we’ll see, maybe I’ll release an album next year pero at this point that is really my main focus. But I plan to go back to Manila once to twice every quarter of the year.”

Kaya naman nang matanong kung ano ang plano niya lalo pa at pinili ni Gab na manirahan sa ibang bansa, “Tricia will come with me, she will come with me for a couple of months and then from there we will see what will happen because we have to figure out the whole visa thing, she is an Australian and I am a green card holder so we still to have to figure it out but we will try to be together as much as possible… Sinabi niya na sa akin na, ‘I will support you as much as possible’ so I have to stay in the States and you have to stay in the Philippines for a while. Okay lang as long as we both know that we are getting married next year so with that said, being part, yes it would hurt but that’s the price we have to pay and we are both willing.”

“Actually yung mga super selfie ko kasi, whenever I post it I never expect anything na parang sinasabi sa mga tao na guys we have to have a million hits or may ipapakita tayo dito. Usually it just happens, like yung ‘Teens React’, yung Good Morning America and it happened again with the same video, Good Morning America, People Mag. Yung People Mag medyo nagulat talaga ako kasi its People Mag, ‘di ba? I am just really thankful that all these things are happening na hindi ko talaga ineexpect so I am very overwhelmed especially when people tweet na hindi Pinoy siyempre you are so used to being in the Philippines and majority of my followers are here so ibang klase when you receive messages in Japan, or in Korea or in the UK. Yeah so nakakakilig actually.”

I think at the end of the day, when you do something because you love it and when you do something because, not because of malicious intentions, it will come back to you and I believe this is one of them. People tell me, ‘Gab just keep on doing what you are doing. Don’t change the concept, don’t try to be bigger as to what it is’ and that is why if you notice. Yung mga video ko hindi naman siya super HD, hindi naman siya super maganda, yung shot, even if I had the opportunity to do it kasi I want to stick to something na hindi naman. If it isn’t broken why fix it? It’s really what it is kumbaga, being consistent and again nakakakilig kasi my friend actually was the one who directed the commercial and he asked me ‘Bro can I do it?’ I said ‘yeah, you don’t need [to ask my permission]. Yeah of course.’”
