Last August 17, new singer Hannah Nolasco launched her 12-track album titled Peksman. Inspired by her family, especially by her father, Hannah said she wants to share her talent and narrate her personal experiences through her songs.
“Sobrang blessed ko po. Nagkaroon po ako ng family na sobrang supportive and nagkaroon ako ng album at a young age,” she shared during her album launch at the Hard Rock Café.
The album’s carrier single, “Peksman,” is a story about a teen who’s head-over-heels in love with her crush. Other tracks included in the album are “Inlab,” “Dito Lang Ako,” “Torpe,” “Save Our Future,” “Thank You Lord,” “Tinamaan Ako,” “Ouch Naman,” “Paano Naman Ako,” “I-like Mo Naman Ako,” “Havey at Waley,” and “If I.” All songs on Hannah’s album were written by composer Boy Christopher Ramos, Jr.
Hannah, who had singing lessons as a child, idolizes Pop Star Royalty Sarah Geronimo. “Sobrang favorite ko po yung kanta niyang ‘To Love You More,’” she revealed.
The aspiring star, who also celebrated her 16th birthday at the launch, said she wishes to have a steady following and a longstanding singing career.
