Juan Karlos Labajo says Lyca Gairanod deserved to win ‘The Voice Kids of the Philippines.’
Juan Karlos Labajo extended his gratitude to those who
supported him during his The Voice Kids
of the Philippines journey. "To all my supporters thanks for
supporting us here in the voice kids sana
po hindi kayo magsawa sa pagsuporta sa akin. Don’t worry guys hindi ako mawawala
sa harap ng camera," he said.
The young singer was hailed as the third placer in the
competition. When asked about his reaction to his win, he stated briefly,
"I feel good."
Juan Karlos commented on Lyca Gairanod's big win in The Voice Kids. He said that he is happy
for Lyca since it will help the latter’s family. "Napaka-deserving po talaga ni Lyca na manalo kasi talagang as you know, let’s got to the old story, nangangalakal lang sila, ganyan, tapos pag
may bagyo, ngayon grand champion na
siya ng The Voice Kids, may Camella homes, di na yan maano ng baha, so congratulations to Lyca," he said.
Now that the competition is over, Juan Karlos shared that he
wants to try to try acting. "I think I want to be an actor,” he said. But
he also wants to do singing. In a recent interview with Push, he relayed that
he wants to follow the footsteps of two of the most bankable stars in showbiz
at the moment. "[I want to follow the footsteps of] Daniel Padilla and
Enrique Gil,” he said. JK shared that he always wanted to be in showbiz.
"Ever since I really like to be in showbiz: camera, acting, singing. I
really liked to be an actor a long time ago before I start sa The Voice."
He further shared in the recent interview, "The reason
why I want to join showbiz is people don’t live forever, we only live for a
short time in this world, I want to be an actor because I want to be known by
other people. I want myself na parang when
the day I pass away, like that, may tao
na in the future mare-remember pa rin
‘yung name mo, ‘O, Juan Karlos a
great actor and a great singer."
