The young singer stated that her dream is to be hailed as the grand champion of the competition to help her family. "Gusto-gusto ko pa nga po mag-champion eh. Ang gusto ko pong maging pangarap na hindi na po kami maghihirap, tutulungan ko na po ‘yung pamilya ko at tsaka hindi na po kami aawayin. Bibili po kami ng bahay, mapag-aaral po namin ‘yung mga kapatid ko,” she relayed.
She shared that her parents are very proud of what she has achieved. "Proud na proud po sila sa akin, masaya po sila na nakarating po ako sa top 4," she said. She remarked that her parents have fully supported her in pursuing her dream and that she thanked them. ”Ang sinabi ko po sa pamilya ko ay mama, papa, thank you po sa lahat ng tulong niyo na makarating po ako sa top four, thank you po sa lahat ng tulong niyo sa akin."
Aside from her coach Sarah Geronimo, Lyca relayed that she is also a big fan of singer Angeline Quinto. “Besides kay coach Sarah po si ate Angeline Quinto kasi po napapanood ko po siya sa TV ang galing niya pong umaksyon tapos ‘yung binigyan niya po ako ng CD niya po,” she stated.
Like her singing idols, Lyca said she also wants to venture into acting if she will be given the opportunity. She shared that she likes to do comedy. "Gusto ko rin pong sumali sa Goin’ Bulilit, di ba po ‘yung Goin’ Bulilit nagpapatawa po yun," she said.
Lyca will be performing in the grand finals this weekend and she thanked her supporters who have supported her all throughout her The Voice Kids journey. “Salamat po sa pag suporta niyo po sa akin at sa tulong niyo po sa akin na makapasok po ako sa The Voice Kids. Salamat po sa pagboto sa akin, sana sa grand finals iboto niyo po ako,” she stated.
