Annabelle Rama revealed that a card reader told her in the past that her favorite son would get someone pregnant
Turns out, Richard Gutierrez and Sarah Lahbati's son Baby Zion not only had a major impact on his parents' lives but also for the entire Gutierrez family most especially to the matriarch, Annabelle Rama.
The feisty manager in a taped interview on The Buzz on Sunday happily shared that Sarah and Richard's first-born has got her "addicted."
Even Sarah's mother, Esther Lahbati, Annabelle says, is also very fond of Baby Zion.
"'Yung nanay ni Sarah nandoon natutulog every weekend. Kami naman ni Eddie hindi pwedeng hindi kami pupunta everyday kasi na-addict talaga ako kaya wala na akong time sumagot sa mga basher sa Twitter," she said.
While Richard, who was also at the interview, admitted that he and Sarah initially hid Baby Zion's existence to the family, until they figured out a way to let out the good news, Annabelle, for her part says she already had a hunch.
But the card reader she said named Richard saying that, "Sabi niya 'yung favorite mo, 'yung maraming trabaho.'"
Annabelle was so shocked about the reading that she even argued with the card-reader and told him, "Sabi ko, 'Hindi, hindi ako naniniwala sayo. Sinungaling ka!' Tapos 'yun pala totoo."
The revelation happened during an ordinary day at the Gutierrez household. Richard said he made sure that both his parents were in a good mood before he told them that they would have a new grandchild from him and Sarah.
"Super shocked ako. Umiyak ako 'pag alis na niya," recalled Annabelle as to how she took in the news.
The feisty matriarch shared that she was so worried as to what would become of her son and Sarah, who was just 20-years-old at that time, so much so that she "faked" being happy for them before.
"Kunyari lang 'yon Darling pero deep in my heart I was so so worried. Nag-cry talaga ako. Nag-cry ako kasi totoo pala ang manghuhula, sana si Elvis nalang ganyan ganyan," she said.
Annabelle shared that she noticed how her despairing over the news seemingly affected her son and his work.
Even Sarah's mother, according to Annabelle, was somehow disappointed when the pregnancy was announced. However, all these are behind them now as both Richard and Annabelle confirmed that everything is going well between the Gutierrez's and the Lahbati's.
Happy ako na masaya sya at nakakapagtrabaho siya," she said.
