062614-anabel_main.jpgWith their reality show It Takes Gutz to be a Gutierrez all set to start shooting their second season soon, Annabelle Rama said she did not expect that the cable show on E! channel would get good ratings all over Asia. Abangan niyo pa next Sunday mas maganda hanggang sa ending mas maganda pataas ng pataas kaya hindi kayo magsisisi sundan kami every Sunday ng 9 pm,” she shared.

Being a high-profile showbiz family, Annabelle said she does not mind being compared to the Kardashians in the US and even considers it a compliment. “I'm proud. Gusto ko sila ma-meet in person (laughs). Ako si Kris (referring to the matriarch of the Kardashians) pero hindi ko kaya yung ginagawa niya na nagpapakita ng boobs, hindi ko kaya ng ganun, mag-pole-dancing, kasi alam mo naman tayong mga Asian di ba iba naman yung ating culture,” she admitted.

As a co-producer of their show, Annabelle said they took a chance when they started the reality project. You don't know if mag-click or not.

062614-anabel_main.jpgAs her daughter Ruffa turned 40 last June 24, Annabelle said she has just one simple wish for her only daughter. “Makahanap siya ng lalakeng magmamahal sa kanya at sa mga anak niya at saka lalake na magpapakain sa kanya,” she said. Since Ruffa is reportedly dating a foreign businessman at the moment, Annabelle was asked if she was ready for the possibility of Ruffa getting married again soon. “Hindi, hindi ako naniwala diyan (laughs),” she added.

With the recent issue with Esther Lahbati, mother of Sarah who is the girlfriend of her son Richard, Annabelle said she feels bad for the mother of her grandson Zion.
