She remarked that they are dedicating the upcoming concert to their fans who supported the show throughout its two-year run so far. “It’s only right na mangyari ‘yun [concert] para sa mga supporters ng show na talaga namang nakisama sa journey ni Maya and Sir Chief sa two years.”
The press also asked Jodi about the current condition of Jolo Revilla’s family. Jodi shared that he is going through a tough time at the moment after Jolo’s father, senator Bong Revilla, was detained in Camp Crame for graft and plunder charges. “Siyempre mabigat ang pinagdadaanan niya at ng kanyang pamilya,” Jodi stated briefly.
The actress remarked that the Revilla family is in her prayers during these trying times. “Siyempre the family is going through a tough time right now siguro ang maibibigay na lang talaga natin sa kanila ay our prayers but I stand with them naman in prayer,” she said. Jodi didn’t further comment about the issue.
Jolo Revilla’s father, senator Bong, is allegedly involved in a P10 billion-peso pork barrel scam. He is accused of accumulating 242 million pesos in public funds which he denied. Jolo has yet to air his side on the latest controversy involving his family.
