Sarah is very thankful that Matteo is taking the effort to gain her parent's approval
Instead of dodging questions about her personal life, actress-singer Sarah Geronimo this time openly addressed the recent photos of her and rumored boyfriend Matteo Guidicelli that circulated online lately.
"Eh proud naman kasi kami talaga. Happy naman tayo," said Sarah in a taped interview aired on The Buzz on Sunday pertaining to the photos of her spending time with Matteo's friends and sharing a hug with him.
Recall that Matteo recently admitted that he is used to going out with the Pop Star Princess with the knowledge of the latter's parents. Regarding that, Sarah couldn't be any grateful that Matteo is taking the effort to seek her parents’ approval.
"Siyempre talagang thankful ako doon sa tao kasi siya lang ‘yung ganon eh. Tsaka thankful ako sa mga magulang ko at sa lahat ng nangyayari, although hindi naman perpekto diba ang importante diyan maging thankful nalang tayo kung ano ang meron," she said.
Despite being happy about her relationship, Sarah was firm in saying that she doesn't want to work with Matteo because, "Ayoko kasi na ma-tag kami na loveteam. Personal na naming buhay ‘yon."
Meanwhile, what started as a mere coincidence ended as a confession for the hunk Kapamilya star when he answered the questions about his incorrectly sent message to director Wenn Deramas in a taped interview on the DZMM program OMJ on Friday.
The box office director recently posted a screengrab of his conversation with Matteo wherein the athlete confessed to committing a "typographical error" after sending to him a message which read "good morning mahal."
The radio program's hosts Ogie Diaz and MJ Felipe directly quizzed Matteo via a phone interview how he addresses his rumored girlfriend.
Something which he answered with,"Alam mo na ‘yan, nakasulat na sa text kay Direk Wenn Deramas."
Ogie then opined that he sees how happy Sarah is these days and upon asking Matteo if he's also happy, the former Galema star's reply was: "Mas masaya pa sa masaya."
