As fans continue to guess what would become of the lives of Monica, Adrian, and Nicole during the controversial primetime soap The Legal Wife
's much-awaited finale today, Friday, actress Maja Salvador revealed that love would still prevail.
She even teased during her recently-concluded contract signing for the Tupperware brand perfume Ivana at the Intercontinental hotel that the audience would have a hard time guessing what the ending would be.
Despite getting a massive support amid its intriguing plot which propelled for the show to reign supreme on its primetime slot and to consistently trend on various social media platforms during its entire three month run, the show, according to Maja, unfortunately won't have a second book.
Malungkot man pero sobrang saya namin dahil kahit mag-e-end na kami, [kasi] mas tumitindi 'yung suporta," stated the singer-actress.
She even happily added that, "Ang sarap sa pakiramdam na sinasabi nilang 'Wag muna magtapos.'
While a good number of people may have already known how good an actress Maja is, certain critics have opined that her portrayal of Nicole have cemented the premise even more. To this, Maja couldn't be any more grateful.
Ayun sobrang thankful lang ako na maraming nagtitiwala at sumusuporta sa talent kong iyon," she said with a smile.
In fact, her performance has really soared to new heights on this project that even if her role is anything but likable, the Legalistas, the nickname for the viewers of the show, have come to love Maja.
The reason, she believes was mainly because the viewers have matured these days and that "Kasi nga matatalino na ang mga tao ngayon maruning na silang maghiwalay sa kung ano ang role mo sa kung ano ang totoong Maja na nakikita nila."
Now that the show is about to wrap up Maja is set to focus in promoting her debut album Believe. But since her music career only comes second to her love for acting, the sexy actress says she's still raring to do a more challenging role int he future. She has only but one requirement though: "'Wag naman 'yung mistress ulit."
