Abra admitted that he is not dating anyone at the moment. The rapper said that he wants to focus on his career and on honing his craft at this point in his life. “Maraming kailangan gawin tsaka 24 hours lang sa isang araw kaya don muna tayo sa mga kailangan nating tutukan which is 'yung music kasi ito na eh, ito na sayang naman,” he said in an interview during the launching of the new Colt 45 in Makati. He further stressed that music is where his life revolves around nowadays, saying, “I’m in a relationship with music, and rap and hip-hop.”
Abra said that the success he is enjoying right now has gone beyond his expectations. “Di ko inexpect na it would go beyond my expectations, also with all the love from the people talagang nakakatuwa, nakaka-inspire gumawa ng mas maraming bagay at ipakita sa kanila kung gaano nai-enjoy kasi nila ‘yung rap music, hip-hop, OPM, so yeah let's give them some good music 'yun lang po 'yung sa part namin,” he stated.
With numerous projects coming his way, Abra shared that he is investing his earnings back into music. “I want to do better every time so with what I earn I actually invest it on making more music videos, making better ones afterwards. Pero ngayon investment ko ngayon is instead of renting, bumili na ako ng sarili kong lahat ng equipment for shooting and mga camera, lahat ng gamit,” he stated.
The rapper shared that he wants to collaborate with more OPM artists in the years to come. “Marami pa, mga rap legends, mga rock legends, people from all genres kahit sino, mapa-mainstream, mapa-underground basta may ipapalabas na talento na kakaiba, na iiaangat ‘yung mga kamalayan ng mga Pilipino. ‘Yun ‘yong mga gusto ko makatrabaho,” Abra relayed.
