Aquino on Tuesday evening posted a photo of a quote, which read: “Sometimes the girl who’s always been there for everyone else, needs someone to be there for her.”
The host-actress, on the photo's caption, explained that her not being okay was the reason why she won't be at the Tuesday episode of Aquino and Abunda Tonight.
“Just not okay today... Had to pack up my taping & won't be in A&A Tonight... I'm sorry for needing this time for myself,” she said.
Aquino then thanked her staff for understanding her situation and promised that she will be back on the show by Wednesday.
"Nahihiya lang akong mag pretend pa to be okay when I still have a long way to go,” she said.
“I owe you & I owe myself this HONESTY,” Aquino added.
Her posts came right on the heels of the recent guesting of her former flame Quezon City Mayor Herbert Bautista's on Bandila wherein he admitted being in a relationship with her and still being in love with her. However, according to him, their romance didn't flourish because of his kids.
Transparent as she was, Aquino had apparently been hinting at being broken hearted even prior to the aforementioned post.
Yesterday, she posted a few snippets of the music video of Erik Santos' latest single Pag Napagod na Ang Puso which she called her "new favorite song."
After which she posted a popular Pinoy punchline about letting the person you love go.
