Zsa Zsa Padilla says she calls Conrad Onglao her “rockstar”

She said that they were sort of set up on a blind date by friend Sharon Cuneta. Zsa Zsa recalled she was hesistant to go out that day because she chipped a tooth. <i>“Kasi that day talaga, </i>I chipped my tooth. <i>Kasi kaka-</i>whitening, <i>nakaka</i>weaken siya ng enamel. This side. Actually <i>nung nagdate kami pinaupo ko siya sa</i> side <i>na ‘to para ‘di niya makita </i>chipped <i>yung ngipin ko.</i> It was a Sunday, <i>walang</i> dentist. It was after <i>ASAP,</i> early evening.” </div><div><br/></div><div>The Divine Diva said she and Conrad talked non-stop for 3 hours but she wasn’t sure that time if she was already attracted to him. “I enjoyed his company. If I remember it actually, 3 hours <i>kami naguusap.</i> So <i>si </i>Sharon (Cuneta) <i>nag</i> introduce. <i>Sabi ko nga, ‘Shawie, parang he can be my BFF </i>but I don’t feel any sparks, I dunno if I’m really attracted to him. So <i>ang kapal pa ng mukha ko, sabi ko pa, ‘paano kaya kung ligawan niya ako?’”</i></div><div><br/></div><div>Sharon was insistent that they would be good together.  “Sabi niya talaga, she said strongly, na I can see the two of you together,” the <i>ASAP 19</i> mainstay added.</div><div><br/></div><div>However, Zsa Zsa said she cried when she got home after the date. <i>“Pag uwi ko umiyak ako talaga.</i> At home, I said, ‘oh my god, how will I move forward if I won’t even give it a chance?’ Tapos I cried.”  </div><div><br/></div><div>After that the singer said she reported everything that transpired during the date to Sharon. “He has a good personality, <i>ok siya kausap, magaan siya. Nung sinabi kong ligawan ako [kay Sharon], nag</i>text the next day.” Zsa Zsa said they texted the whole day. “We just hit it off and we were texting til 5, <i>hanggang matapos siya mag-</i>work.” </div><div><br/></div><div>Zsa Zsa then admitted that they became a couple a week after that. “Second date was after a couple of days. Within the span of 1 week <i>sinagot ko na siya…</i> <i>’Pag may edad ka na, alam mo na yung gusto mo. Alam ko na kasi yung taong…kasi pareho kami ng sinabi, we were so comfortable with each other, para siyang </i>old friend. You know, I would have known him 3 months <i>bukas pero parang ang tagal-tagal ko na siyang kakilala. May ganung tao siguro.” </i></div><div><br/></div><div>She said that they have a lot things in common like watching movies, eating Mexican food in the US, bubble tea and coffee. </div><div><br/></div><div><i>The Buzz</i> host Kris Aquino then asked her about Dolphy and how would the Comedy King would have felt now she’s found love again. “Actually, when I would feel uncomfortable after a date, <i>nag-</i>pray <i>talaga ako sa kanya. </i>I want to be released <i>kasi.</i> It was just so hard. <i>Ang hirap kasi mag</i>mourn<i> eh</i>. At a certain point <i>nakita ko yung itsura ko, ‘artista ka pa ba?’ Ganun na nangyari sa itsura ko </i>so I really had to make a change. <i>Tapos nun,</i> a lot of times, <i>nasa kwarto ako talaga kasi </i>depressed<i> ka. </i>Actually <i>dinaan ko nga sa kain di ba? </i>So I gained so much weight<i> na. Sabi ko</i> feeling<i> ko talaga, buhay pa ba ako? Kasi a </i>part of you dies. So<i> minsan ‘di maintindihan ng tao yun eh. </i>  I think <i>kailangan mapagdaanan mo yun. </i>I don’t want anybody else to experience it but it’s so difficult,” Zsa Zsa related.</div><div><br/></div><div>The actress-singer also hopes that Conrad would continue to understand her situation. <i>“Yeah, kasi nangaling nga ako sa ganoong situation ko sana intindihin mo. </i>It wasn’t a break up.<i> Kumbaga namatay yung tao, </i>I was still very much in love with him. So it’s so hard. <i>Tapos pagnamatay ang tao, parang </i>he can do no wrong. <i>Inakyat mo na sa pedestal eh. Tsaka di mo naman maalis yun, ang tagal ng pinagsamahan namin ni </i>Dolphy. <i>Palagi ko siyang kinakausap.”</i></div><div><br/></div><div>In the end, Zsa Zsa said she wants this relationship to last a lifetime. “I really want him to be the one. <i>Ayoko kasi talaga yung papalit palit, iba-iba. </i>I really like fighting for something I really like, believe in. <i>Kumbaga worth it siya paglaban. </i>Showbiz and non-showbiz people <i>naman ang problema lang talaga oras eh. Yung oras talaga ng artista kakaiba.”</i>  </div><div><br/></div><div>She also shared to Kris that she calls Conrad “my rockstar.” <i> “Pinagdasal ko din sya kay Dolphy din</i>. I prayed please give me a man who will love my girls equally. And he does. He cares so much for my girls. <i>Pinagdasal ko siya talaga sa Diyos.</i> Please God.” </div><div><br/></div>
