'Buzz' hosts weigh in on latest 'The Legal Wife' cat fight

<div>T<img src='' alt='052614-buzz_main.jpg' width='400' height='290' align='left' border='0'>he recent heated altercation between Monica and Nicole on the March 23 episode of the controversial primetime soap <i>'The Legal Wife'</i> has apparently left not only the audience and the netizens reeling and affected but even the hosts of Sunday entertainment show <i>'The Buzz'.</i></div><div><br/></div><div>During the Sunday episode of the show, hosts Boy Abunda, Kris Aquino, and Toni Gonzaga each gave their two cents on the current dilemma faced by Monica, Angel Locsin's character, on the soap upon learning that Nicole, the mistress played by Maja Salvador is carrying her husband, Adrian's child.</div><div><br/></div><div>The Friday's much-awaited episode also displayed a very violent altercation between the two lead female characters because of the revelation.</div><div><br/></div><div>For unmarried Toni, violence is not an option even if she learns of her husband's infidelity. </div><div><br/></div><div><i>'Ako kasi andami kong natutunan sa </i>movie <i>na</i> <i>'Starting Over Again'</i> <i>na kaya pinili ni</i> Piolo [Pascual] si Iza [Calzado] is because <i>ang galing mag-</i>handle <i>ni </i>Iza <i>ng</i> confrontation <i>doon sa pelikula,'</i> she said adding that she would rather take the higher road and, <i>'Hayaan mo na ang karma. Mas masakit manakit ang karma.'</i></div><div><br/></div><div>The Queen of All Media on the other hand, bluntly said that, unlike Monica, she would probably turn violent towards her husband because for her it was him who betrayed his commitment with her.</div><div><br/></div><div>While many thought that Monica's reaction to Nicole's revelation went overboard, the <i>'Kris TV'</i> host thought that it was only but a natural response and even justified her action.</div><div><br/></div><div>She explained, <i>'Nung sinabi niya kasi na buntis, iba 'yun eh. Kasi parang 'yun 'yung</i> confirmation <i>na parang </i>sometimes when you're married you'd like to believe that nothing happened. You want to believe that you're husband na <i>'Oo wala, kinukulit lang ako, hindi ko siya ginalaw.'</i> I'm saying <i>na kapag narinig mo na 'yung</i> confirmation that something did happen, <i>nagtalik na sila. May</i> intimacy <i>na.'</i></div><div><br/></div><div>If it happened to the Kris, she said she would definitely walk away from the marriage and The King of Talk shared the same view saying that he would also walk away like a fashion model from the marriage.</div><div><br/></div><div><i>'Toni andoon ako sa parehong may kasalanan, babae at lalaki pero</i> I agree with Kris<i> na ang may</i> commitment <i>sa akin ay ang aking asawa so siya ang kasampal sampal,'</i> Boy opined.</div><div><br/></div><div>However, he was quick to underscore that violence is not the only option that a person can resort to if confronted with the same dilemma.</div><div><br/></div><div><i>'Kanya-kanya.</i> In other words there is no formula. <i>May makikipagsabunutan,</i> etc. So listen to your heart and listen to your guts,' he shared.</div>
