Both she and Luis are known for their wit and non-stop power of gab, which are good tools for a host to have. Having both of them on air at the exact same time, though, may be a bit too overwhelming.
“‘Yung daldal naming dalawa, ‘yung wala kaming kasense-sense? We could talk about anything and everything!” Luis said. “We’re very fortunate, to some degree, that we won’t technically work with each other.”
He explained that the two hosts have different responsibilities and would not be hosting side by side. “She’s going to be more of an anchor type. I’ll be stage front, while she’ll be with the kids more.”
This is not to say that the two are not on good terms. In fact, it’s quite the opposite. “I was surprised with our chemistry,” shared Luis. “I was surprised with how we work together.” He even looks forward to sharing the stage with her in the near future. “Hopefully, we can have a project very, very soon. One where we actually spend time standing next to each other, hosting together.”
