Anne Curtis set the record straight and clarified that she and boyfriend Erwan Heussaff haven’t broken up. In an interview with the actress after her Annekapal concert on Friday, May 16, Anne stated, “I think whoever started that, nice try on making negative publicity but it’s not true.”
Erwan was present during the concert and Anne thanked her boyfriend for showing up despite the ongoing controversy. “I’m really happy he is here tonight so I really don’t know who started it pero at least nalinawan naman agad-agad on the same day na it’s not true.”
She also defended her boyfriend from comments that he seems to be aloof with the media and refuses to further comment about the matter. “He’s not showbiz so he doesn’t really get ‘yung whole chismis na lumalabas hindi pa niya nage-gets kaya medyo sarcastic ‘yung kanyang quotes.”
Anne wrapped up her Annekapal concert last Friday. “Sobrang amazing na I’m just so happy na tapos na siya and I survived everything so sobrang happy,” she said.
She shared that her favorite part of the concert was her opening number. “Sobrang saya nong opening number, ‘yung death-defying stunt ko sobrang surreal talaga kasi first time sa Araneta na may ganon so sobra akong nagpapasalamat sa Araneta na pinayagan ako.”
Anne admitted that it was tough to do the stunts in the concert because she wasn’t able to rehearse often because of her tight schedule from taping. “Sobrang ikli ng panahon lang kasi every day kaming nagta-tape ng Dyesebel that’s why sobrang relief na kahit konti lang ‘yung panahon to prepare na achieve naman ‘yung kailangan naming i-achieve.”
Anne extended her gratitude to all who supported her concert. “Sobra akong nagpapasalamat sa lahat ng nagpunta kasi honestly I didn’t expect. So sobrang thank you ang daming nakikanta, ang daming nakisigaw, sobrang thank you.”
