Gilas Pilipinas play against PBA All-Stars for the 2014 PBA All-Star Weekend

<div><img src='' alt='040514-pba_main.jpg' width='400' height='290' align='left' border='0'>Gilas Pilipinas is set to play against the PBA All-Stars for the 2014 All-Star Weekend basketball game this Sunday, April 6, 2014, at the Mall of Asia Arena.</div><div><br/></div><div>National Team coach Chot Reyes will be leading the Gilas Pilipinas team composed of Jayson Castro, Justin Melton, Gabe Norwood, Ranidel de Ocampo, and Junmar Fajardo. The PBA All-Star team’s starting line-up will be composed of Mark Barocca, James Yap, Chris Elli, Mac Baracael, and Greg Slaughter.</div><div><br/></div><div>Before the much anticipated game, there will also be basketball clinics, hospital visits, medical visits, meet and greet, referee clinics, and coach’s clinics.</div><div><br/></div><div>James Yap said that he is already looking forward to playing against Gilas Pilipinas. ”<i>Sobrang</i> excited a<i>ko kasi hindi naman para sa amin ‘to eh para din to sa</i> fans ‘<i>di ba? </i>So<i> huwag silang [matakot] lumapit sa mga</i> idols <i>nila</i> and I’m sure accommodating <i>‘yan kasi para talaga sa kanila ‘to</i>,” he said.</div><div><br/></div><div>Gilas Pilipinas is set to play in Spain for the Fiba World Cup.
