When asked about her reaction to her dad’s “So far, so good” message for Daniel Padilla during a speech at her debut, Kathryn Bernado relayed, “Sabi nga niya so far so good, so ayun, marami pa namang time si DJ para maging good pa siya,” she said.
She added that as long as Daniel has good intentions, the teen actor would always be welcome to her family. “So yeah as along as okay naman ‘yung intention niya, wala namang problema don,” she stated.
On her grand debut party last March 29, Kathryn remarked that she was really happy how it all turned out. “Natapos na, grabe so overwhelming talaga, so grabe ang saya.” Kathryn had her favorite moments during the event. “Aside from the 18 treasures, ‘yung 18 roses siguro and ‘yung message ni mama and papa para sa akin,” she shared.
Kathryn said that it was now all starting to sink in that she is already 18. Though she’s now officially an adult with bigger responsibilities, she stated that she just wants to enjoy it every step of the way.”Nung una sinabi ko na hindi ko na feel, pero ngayon medyo nagsi-sink in. Gusto ko lang talaga mag-enjoy ngayon 18 na ako,” she said.
In an interview with Kath’s mom, Mommy Min Bernardo, she underscored how she also appreciates Daniel efforts to take care of Kathryn. “Nakita namin na nagkakatulungan naman sila sa career at also sa love life nila nakikinig sila sa amin,” she said.
