Natugis si Cedric Lee at Simeon Raz 11: 15am sa liblib na lugar sa bayan ng Oras, Eastern Samar ayon kay Justic Secretary Leila De Lima. Ang dalawa ay may arrest warrant kaugnay sa kasong Grave Coercion at Serious Illegal Detention. Isang no-bail offense ang kasong Serious Illegal Detention.</div><div> </div></div><div>Natunton ang dalawa ng NBI matapos magpalipat-lipat ng lugar ang dalawa mula Quezon papuntang Bicol, Sorsogon at Eastern Samar. Nakapuslit pa diumano si Lee at Raz ngunit na-corner din sila. Dadalhin muna ang dalawa sa NBI detention facility sa Manila, habang ang Taguig Regional Trial Court naman ang magde-desisyon kung saan sila ikukulong habang nag-aantay ng arraignment.</div>

According to the NBI, Lee and Raz were finally cornered in Samar after the two became mobile from Quezon, Bicol and Sorsogon.
